The staff were all ATTENTIVE and efficient. I loved that the room was good-sized and beautifully maintained with a coffee, 2 double beds plus tea. Everything was nice, including warm and plentiful breakfast with options to all tastes.

Location right by many restaurants in area and Argentina and Recoleta and Santa Fe attractions. Efficient service and excellent value.

The hotel with big size rooms, in a charming area, close to main shopping street. Excellent staff and quick to respond. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to a huge book store. Simply no reason to complain, really lovely stay.

It was a lovely quiet and nicely decorated hotel in a beautiful area, just next door to main avenues, Recoleta Cemetery, and restaurants, calling taxis and transportation. We really enjoyed the stay, my room was big size and adequate with a coffee and 2 double beds, for instance. Everything seemed well-maintained, clean. The breakfast was nice hot and plentiful, the check in was early.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Recoleta Cemetery, Hard Rock, shopping mall, and plenty of bars and cafes, very good restaurants and Recoleta walking distance. Liked how the good-sized and beautifully maintained king room with king bed was arranged when we arrived. The service was all in all efficient...

The breakfast selection was great with hot and cold options. The beds were big and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The front staff went above and beyond to help us with our lost baggage. The hotel's location in Recoleta was excellent for exploring the area.

Excellent customer service from front-desk staff, who spoke good English and helped with luggage. iPod stereo in the room was great, as well as LCD TV and free wifi. Room was nicely decorated and spacious.

Breakfast was very simple.

It was a good location, easy to walk to most parts of the city. Staff was very helpfu and went out of there way to provide you with your requests. Rooms were modern and clean. Free Wi fi throughout the hotel.

They were demoliting next door. It would have been good to know about it and not be woken up the unexpected noise.

The location was amazing! We were close to everything and could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
